Stoaks Reunion

June 29-July 1, 2018

We are excited to announce the next Stoaks Reunion will be held back where it all began in 1986. When I was contacted about having the reunion back at Mt. Zion, I remembered all the excitement in our house getting ready for the very first reunion.

We are excited once again to have the reunion back at Mt. Zion and invite all of you to come join us for a wonderful time together and share some old memories and make some new ones.

The dorm will be open to those that want to come early on June 28th but the first meal will be on Friday, June 29th (supper) and the last meal will be on Sunday, July 1st (lunch). We will have the dorm through Sunday night.

The prices of the dorm rooms is a love donation to Mt. Zion. Most of the rooms do have air in them and the dining room has air.

The cost of the meals will be $5/plate for breakfast and $8/plate for each lunch and supper. If you would like to pay by credit card now, you can do so by the cart below. A small transaction fee has been added. You can pay by check or at the event without the additional fee. We have an awesome cook that will be joining us so that the family don't have to worry about cooking. If you need something special for your diet, please let me know so we can try to get that covered. What's on the menu?

Some have stated they were interested in going to Branson while they were here. So, I am going to talk to my contact and see what I can do to get some discount tickets for a group on Friday at Silver Dollar City. If you are interested in this please let me know so I know how many to let them know to get as good of price as possible. The more we know in advance of how many are coming and what activities sound good, the better it will be to plan. Also, we need to know in advance about the meals as much as possible so we can let the cook know.

Everyone is invited to attend the Mt. Zion Church of God Holiness on Sunday for Sunday School and Church.

We would like to update the address/phone book. We would also like to have some of your favorite recipes that your family enjoys or that has been handed down to put into a recipe book. Along with the recipes we would love to add memories any of the family would like to share. We would love to share any pictures that you would like to share in the book, too. This book will be compiled and will be one of the items auctioned off during the reunion and if others would like it will be able to be purchased.

We will be setting up a personal website that you can purchase meals through if you want to prepay online.

If you would like to fly into Springfield Regional Airport we will be happy to pick you up.

The school does have RV hookups if you want to bring them. We just need to know ahead of time. If you would like to stay at a motel instead of the dorm we have a Super 8 in town.
