But so far we are on track.<\/p>\n<p>When someone tells you that you can&#8217;t fill up on veggies, don&#8217;t believe them! We are allowed 2 servings of certain fruits, at least 4 cups of veggies (more if possible) and for most 8 oz of protein a day. I have to have more due to my blood sugar. We<a href=\"http:\/\/littlelighthouse.us\/beams\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20170206_190004.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-718949\" src=\"http:\/\/littlelighthouse.us\/beams\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20170206_190004-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"20170206_190004\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/a> have yet to be hungry and a lot of the times, I have to be careful because I don&#8217;t eat as much as they call for on everything and it upsets my stomach.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/littlelighthouse.us\/beams\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20170207_174138.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-medium wp-image-718946 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/littlelighthouse.us\/beams\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20170207_174138-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"20170207_174138\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/a>You prepare the food the want to in their guide lines and they have a pile of recipes to follow too.<\/p>\n<p>Has it helped my sugar and blood pressure yet?
