There has been upsetting and downs but we are still going. One thing that has been hard is giving up on things that I have enjoyed cooking and eating over the years.<\/p>\n<p>The hardest thing is seeing the different recipes come over Facebook. So if you don&#8217;t see me comment, just know I&#8217;m trying to ignore them right now.<\/p>\n<p>Our friend, Larr<a href=\"http:\/\/littlelighthouse.us\/beams\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20170210_195307.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"  wp-image-718952 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/littlelighthouse.us\/beams\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/20170210_195307-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"20170210_195307\" width=\"259\" height=\"146\" \/><\/a>y, gave me a few hints that he enjoys with the program&#8230;so it was tried tonight and we lived it.<\/p>\n<p>We needed to have 1 more fruit tonight so we have ended our night up with fried apples.<\/p>\n<p>One week down and still traveling.<\/p>\n<p>Taking it one step at a time.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It has been a week since we started on this journey.
