The tomb is EMPTY!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Week 8 and we have seen a lot of changes! We are both are almost 30 lbs lighter!! We both are wearing clothes that we never dreamed we would again!!! 😄<\/p>\n

Monday we had my cousin join us for the week. She also joined us on the journey with SHAPE. We are excited to see how her life changes on it.<\/p>\n

Veggie Chips<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

One of the fun things that I did this week was to make up veggie chips. We were missing the crunch and I decided to see if we couldn’t get it with different veggies.<\/p>\n

Kabobs, shrimp stir fry, deer steak<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Something else we tried this week was a cook out. We had kabobs, shrimp stir fry and deer steak. Thanks Tracy for an awesome meal. Michael has decided grilling mushrooms is great! He dislikes mushrooms, but he enjoyed them on kabobs.<\/p>\n

At Meramec Caverns<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Last night we went to Meramec Caverns to hear the Lesters present the Easter story. They always do a wonderful job with it. This has become a tradition for our family. What did we eat while on the road? We had the tuna we are allowed to have, pickle spears and crackers and flavored water.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Today’s is Easter. As the morning began it was a beautiful morning. Now as I’m writing there is a storm moving in. But no matter what the weather may be on the outside, I’m so thankful to be serving a RISEN Lord! Because He came and died for us, I know one day I will be with my mother in Heaven.<\/p>\n

With out the help of the Lord we would be seeing all the physical help that we are seeing on SHAPE. We aren’t on this to loose weight, but it is exciting that loosing is a side benefit of the program.<\/p>\n
