\"\"<\/a>This is week 20! Wow, time has flown by!!<\/p>\n

This week as I finished preparing for the 1st dinner that our area has done, I was reminded of how far we have come. Until you start thinking back of where you have come from, you don’t realize how far you have really come.<\/p>\n

Striving toward our main goals, June 24th, 2017.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Since we began this journey Feb. 3rd, it has been a day to day journey. We have had our highs and lows, but it has been so worth it all! I no longer have to fight with my blood sugar, blood pressure, facial lupus, or struggling up and down the stairs. The Lord opened the door where we could learn about this program and changing way of life.<\/p>\n

The past month has been tough with the storms, flooding, traveling, homeschool convention, cleaning up the flood, working on the area cookbook for our program, getting things ready for our dinner and company. In the midst of all of this we lost our dryer and air conditioning. Things have been a struggle but God has and is helping us through each part with keeping on track with our program and able to deal with each challenge. I have been able to work and do more than I have in a long time and so thankful that we started this in February and it is proving that it really does help.<\/p>\n

Milton, Tracy, & James at Mammoth Springs, AR.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Our cousin Tracy Stoaks came in for our dinner and visit. Saturday we took her to Mammoth Springs, AR to one of our favorite places. Usually I would struggle to do the whole walk and the pain would be overwhelming the next day but again, God showed me that so much has changed in the past few months. I was able to walk the complete park and enjoy the beauty for the first time without wishing I could sit down and cry. It was a beautiful day to be out there, too.<\/p>\n

Some have asked how much I have lost on the program. First and for most, this isn’t a diet, it is a life changing program. It is an anti-inflammatory program, too. And the bonus is that you do loose weight. I have lost 43.2 lbs. I have a long ways to go but God is helping me each step of the way.<\/p>\n

I was reminded of this song recently…<\/p>\n
